Eligibility Guidelines:

We serve patients who are uninsured and whose incomes fall within 200% of the federal poverty level.

Applications can be picked up at the clinic on Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  You may also download a copy or request one be sent to you.

Applications must be returned in person along with a valid photo ID and proof of income.

Clinic Schedule: The clinic is open on the second, third and fourth Tuesday evenings of each month from 5 – 8:30 p.m.  Doctors start seeing patients at 6 p.m.  Patients are seen by appointment only, limited to the first 25 patients. Call us at 423-256-2408 to make your appointment.

Kathy Christian Keynote Speaker at Americares

Clinic Director Kathy Christian was asked to be the Keynote speaker in New York at Pier 60 for Americares. She shared their experiences working disaster relief in Tennessee and North Carolina during Hurricane Helene. Americares raise over one and a half million dollars in about 30.
